Can you do P90X if your not in shape? The answer is yes. With P90x you will have to work at your own pace. You can start of doing less reps and smaller weights and then work your way up. It is up to you how much you do. If you are beginner take it very easy when you are comfortable and starting to feel good after your workout, then start to push your self in the next workout. If you are really out of shape or overweight start out with walking or a less strenuous workout. You can do it!!!!
