If you are wandering whether or not you have to do P90x everyday to see results the answer is no. When I was doing P90X I could only do it 3 days a week because that was all I had time for. I still saw great results and it is actually better to let your body recover for a day or two after doing a strenuous workout. Otherwise, you get burnt out or sick which has happened to several people I know.
