What is the best time of day to do p90x, insanity or any other workout?
I have been studying this for a while. And what I found is morning is the best time to workout. This is for two main reasons.

1. It is likely that if you do not workout in the morning you may not do it at all. For me I have for young kids, so if I don't get up and do my workout first thing, there is a good chance I will be distracted or something may come up.

2. Another reason it is good to workout in the morning is because it is best to workout before you eat. If you do your workout before you eat will burn more fat rather than burning what you just ate. If you need to eat something and you are trying to build muscle it is best to have protein shake before and after your workout. I always do the Advocare Muscle Gain protein shake before my workout and the Advocare Post-Workout Recovery after I workout.
