Options if you do not have a lot of time to workout. For those of you who don't have time to workout, could you spare a few minutes? Exercise is so important along with nutrition, and supplements. I know there are some people who have very little time to exercise and for you there are other options.  If you could spare 10-12 minutes at least three times a week then you would be well on your way healthier, leaner body.
