 For those of you who don't have time to workout, could you spare a few minutes? Exercise is so important along with nutrition, and supplements. I know there are some people who have very little time to exercise and for you there are other options.  If you could spare 10-12 minutes at least three times a week then you would be well on your way healthier, leaner body. There a couple different options:

Burst Training  

When I know I don't have time to workout I do what is called burst training. It only takes 12 minutes and you are done and you will continue burning fat all day. Here is how it works: You will do three rounds of short burst exercise and then rest. You can choose any exercise you want but you must do it as fast and as hard as you can. You will do the exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds, exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds,  exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes you repeat the whole circuit two more times, and your done. 


10 Minute Trainer
