  1.  The P90X DVDs – Comes with all of the workouts, a workout plan, and the nutrition guide. You can by this online here for $119.99.

  2. Pull Up Bar– You will be using this in 3 of the P90X DVDs – Very important to have or you can use resistance bands with door attachment.

  3. Resistance bands or dumbbells – If you have one or the other than you should be okay. If you are looking for a great set of dumbbells I recommend the Bowflex Selecttech 552 Dumbbells. 

  4. The P90x program also recommends that you use a heart rate monitor.  

 

 

Additional items you might need to make the P90X workout more enjoyable.

  1. Recovery Drink – Great tasting drink for after your workout. Full of nutrients to repair your muscles. I recommendAdvocares Post-Recovery Drink or if you would like P90X has their own recovery Shake

  2. Push Up Bar Helps take the stress off of your wrists when doing push ups. I have not tried this but my wrists have been bothering me doing some of the exercises. If you have or buy a pull up bar it can be used for both a push up and pull up bar.
     
  3. Yoga Mat – I strongly recommend mat. I use it to protect my knees. 

  4. Yoga Blocks – Helps with balance moves or additional stretching when doing Yoga.
